Stop the Eviction of Liveaboard Homes at Iffley Meadows

To: The Trustees of The Hartley Trust (Donnington Hospital) & The Charity Commission for England and Wales

We, the undersigned residents, towpath users, and members of the public, call on The Hartley Trust to immediately withdraw its restrictive mooring policy for the River Thames at Iffley Meadows.

We demand that the Trust:

• Halt all eviction threats and enforcement charges against liveaboard residents.

• Recognize that liveaboard homes actively relieve Oxford's severe housing crisis at zero cost to the public.

• Adopt the community-backed South Oxford Boaters' Collective Code of Conduct to ensure fair, peaceful, and clean coexistence along the 650-meter riverbank.
